Book a new load
Demo with invented loads, brokers and drivers. The real board is private to your company and can pull loads from your email rate confirmations and positions from your ELD.
Built around how the work is actually done
Every load, one glance
Booked, at pickup, in transit, delivered — drag a load forward as it moves. Nobody asks “where is 4821?” in the group chat.
Money visible while you book
Rate per mile shows as you type the offer, with a warning under your floor. Weekly gross and average RPM update by themselves.
Trucks and drivers
Who is driving, on duty or off, and how many hours are left — so you book the next load on a truck that can actually take it.
Paperwork attached
Rate confirmation, BOL and POD live on the load, ready for invoicing and factoring.
Connects to what you use
ELD positions (Samsara, Motive), email rate-cons, factoring export and Slack or SMS updates can be added step by step.
Yours, not a subscription trap
Built for your company and your workflow, with a fixed price and your data exportable at any time.
From your spreadsheet to your own app
Show us your day
A 30-minute screen share of how you dispatch now — spreadsheet, whiteboard, notebook, all of it.
Board with your trucks
Within days you get a working board with your trucks, drivers and last week's loads to click through.
Add connections as you go
Start with the board. Add ELD, rate-con import or invoicing when the basics feel right.
Fair questions
Is this a TMS?
It is a lighter, custom dispatch board: loads, trucks, drivers, money and documents. Small fleets usually need that, not a full TMS with twenty modules they never open.
Can drivers use it?
Yes — drivers can get a simple phone view with their current load, addresses and document upload, without seeing the rest of the board.
Can it read my rate confirmations?
It can: rate-cons sent to a dedicated email address are read and turned into a load card, which you check before saving.
Which ELDs does it work with?
Samsara and Motive have open APIs we connect to; others work through their exports.
What does it cost?
A fixed price agreed upfront based on fleet size and the connections you want. The demo with your own trucks is free.
