nemoweb / IFTA reporting app
Web app · TruckingIFTA reporting without the spreadsheet week
Every quarter someone pulls miles by state from the ELD, matches them against the fuel card report and builds the table your IFTA filer needs. This app does that part for you — import two files, check the flags, send the report.
- Miles by state from your ELD
- Fuel card import (EFS, Comdata, WEX)
- MPG & tax per state
- Missing-fuel / missing-miles flags
- CSV / PDF for your filer
- Per truck or whole fleet
Click around. It is the real thing, with sample data.
| Jurisdiction | Total miles | Taxable miles |

In the real app these rows come straight from your ELD / GPS export (Samsara, Motive, Omnitracs…) — no typing.
| Jurisdiction | Gallons | Receipts |
|---|
Imported from your fuel card report (EFS, Comdata, WEX, TCS…). Card numbers are never shown.
| State | Taxable mi | Taxable gal | Paid gal | Net gal | Rate | Tax due |

Demo rates are illustrative, not the official quarterly rates. The real app loads the official IFTA rate table for each quarter and flags states where miles exist but no fuel was bought, or fuel was bought with no miles.
Built around how the work is actually done
Import instead of typing
Upload the ELD jurisdiction report and the fuel card export. The app reads state, miles, gallons and date — no retyping, no copy-paste errors.
Catches what gets IFTA audited
Flags states with miles but no fuel, fuel with no miles, MPG that jumps between quarters and receipts outside the quarter.
Report your filer can use
One click gives the quarterly table — taxable miles, taxable gallons, tax-paid gallons, net tax per state — as CSV or PDF, per truck or for the fleet.
Built by a working dispatcher
nemoweb is run by a trucking dispatcher, so the app follows how carriers really collect paperwork, not how a textbook says they do.
Your data stays yours
Private to your company, hosted for you, exportable any time. We never resell or share carrier data.
Grows with you
Start with IFTA; later add load tracking, driver documents, fuel card spend or a dispatch board on the same login.
From your spreadsheet to your own app
Send us one quarter
Your ELD state-mileage export and fuel card report from last quarter — that is all we need to start.
Demo on your own numbers
Within a few days you get a working version with your trucks and your numbers, so you can compare it with what your filer produced.
Go live, fixed price
One price agreed upfront. Then every quarter is: upload two files, check the flags, send the report.
Fair questions
Does this file IFTA for me?
No — it prepares the quarterly report (miles, gallons and tax per state) that you or your IFTA service files. That is the slow, error-prone part; filing itself takes minutes once the numbers are right.
Which ELDs and fuel cards work?
Anything that exports a state-mileage report and a fuel transaction file — Samsara, Motive (KeepTruckin), Omnitracs, and EFS, Comdata, WEX, TCS and most others. If your provider has an API we can pull the data automatically.
Where do the tax rates come from?
The app uses the official quarterly IFTA rate table for each jurisdiction and updates every quarter. The demo on this page uses illustrative rates.
Is it for one truck or a fleet?
Both. Owner-operators use it per truck; small fleets see each truck plus the fleet total, and fleet MPG is calculated the way IFTA requires.
How much does it cost?
A fixed price agreed before we start, based on how many trucks and data sources you have. Ask for a quote — the demo on your own data is free.
